Q. Can I hire Hastagphotobooth for any event?
A. We attend every type of function possible from a Wedding to the opening of an envelope , well not quite but you get the idea!
Q. What time should I book the booth service to start?
A. The best time for booth hire is from 7pm until 11.00pm this allows your Day time guests to use the booth before the evening guests arrive and the 11.00pm finish allows everybody the opportunity to show their dancing skills off at the end of the evening!
Q. How big is the photo booth?
A. The photo booth itself is 2.30 meters in length and 1.30 meters wide and just over 2 meters in height. We build the booth in sections therefore we can easily take it to all venues, whether it be upstairs or in any other hard to get area but please let us know of any hard to get to or difficult access venues so that we can allocate appropriate staff.
Q. How many people can it fit in the photo booth?
A. The booth will comfortably fit 6-8 people at a time however it can easily fit more. More people will give the optimum pictures
Q. Where do you cover?
A. Our photo booth hire covers Essex, London, Kent and Suffolk . We can travel further afield subject to a small charge. Quotations given upon request. Please feel free to contact us to make sure we cover your area.
Q. Is the photo booth easy to use?
A. Simple answer: Yes! – The booth is very easy to use. It involves using the 22″ touch screen within the booth to control it, you only need to push a couple of buttons for the whole process. If in doubt ask our friendly booth attendant.
Q. Can we personalize the prints?
A. Yes! You can even personalize the home screen for your guests to see when they enter the booth. The photo layout on the prints can be chosen by yourself and you can add captions and logos to the prints by prior arrangement.
Q. How do I pay?
A. We have 3 payment methods to pay the deposit and remaining balances by. This can either be done via a Bank Transfer, cash or cheque. Cheque payments must be cleared before the event. All payments will be confirmed with an email receipt.
Q.Can the photo booths be set up outdoors?
A. Our photo booths are not suitable to be used outside.
Q. Can the photo booth be set up in a marquee?
A.Yes, so long as the marquee is water proof and is set up on a flat solid level surface with a power socket available nearby
